To create a new paradigm, we must reclaim the stories we tell ourselves—because they shape how we live, lead, and love.
The LightKeepers Collective exists to help people reconnect with inspiration, heal what hurts, and connect like never before—through community that is both sacred and real.
We are building something regenerative: a living system rooted in presence, courage, and connection.
No hierarchies. No cookie-cutter programs.
Just a Montessori for the soul—where your gifts meet your growth, and both are honored.
We are the co-founders of The LightKeepers Collective—two devoted stewards shaped by lived experience, spiritual practice, and the responsibility of holding space well.
We are Sarah and Robin. Between us, we’ve walked years of personal transformation, leadership, and deep inner work—not as a straight path, but as an unfolding one that taught us humility, discernment, and trust in the intelligence of community.
The LightKeepers Collective emerged from this lived knowing: that meaningful transformation doesn’t happen in isolation, and that no one is meant to carry their calling alone. We created this space to be steady, spacious, and alive—capable of holding both depth and humanity.
We walk beside this community not as gurus, but as fellow practitioners—committed to integrity, presence, and the ongoing practice of becoming.
We are here to tend the light—and to support you in tending your own.
Sarah Cotterill is a co-founder of The LightKeepers Collective, a champion of living systems thinking, paradigm shifter, and collaborative evangelist for belonging. She weaves a diverse background in healthcare, corporate law, wellbeing, entrepreneurship, farming, athletics, yoga, motherhood, and community to catalyze individuals and groups to restore and regenerate life through connection—to self, to nature, and to the living systems we inhabit
Her goal is to (re)ignite a profound love for life—so we don’t waste a moment hating, and we remember we are all interconnected one.
